Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping (US): 3-7 business days. Free on orders over $50.

Expedited Shipping (US): 2-3 business days. Calculated at checkout.

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping coming soon.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at hello@getmindsco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at hello@getmindsco.com. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
