Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Is shipping free?

Yes. All subscription orders ship free within the United States. One-time purchases may have standard shipping rates applied at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is something we are actively working on. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand to your region.

Subscriptions

How does the subscription work?

When you subscribe, your order is automatically shipped to you every 30 days. You lock in the lowest price, get free shipping on every order, and never have to worry about running out. Your subscription is managed through your account dashboard.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. There are no contracts and no commitments. You can cancel, pause, or skip a delivery at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. No questions asked.

How do I change my delivery frequency?

Log into your account and visit the Subscriptions section. From there you can adjust your delivery schedule to every 30, 60, or 90 days depending on your needs. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

What makes your mushroom products different?

Three things set us apart. First, we use 10:1 fruiting body extracts, not mycelium grown on grain. Most mushroom supplements are 30-70% rice starch filler. Ours are the actual mushroom, concentrated. Second, we include ten species covering energy, immunity, cognition, gut health, and stress support. Third, our gummy format has the highest adherence rate of any supplement format, which means you actually take it every day.

What is a 10:1 fruiting body extract?

It means we start with ten pounds of raw mushroom fruiting body (the part that grows above ground) and concentrate it into one pound of extract. This preserves the beta-glucans, triterpenes, and polysaccharides at levels that match what published clinical studies actually tested. Mycelium-on-grain products cannot achieve these concentrations.

What is GHK-Cu?

GHK-Cu (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine copper) is a naturally occurring copper peptide found in human plasma. It plays a key role in wound healing, collagen synthesis, and skin remodeling. Our serum delivers GHK-Cu at a clinically studied concentration for topical skin renewal and repair.

How do copper peptides work?

Copper peptides signal your skin cells to increase collagen and elastin production, support antioxidant defense, and promote cellular turnover. Can I use the serum with retinol?

Yes, but we recommend using them at different times of day. Apply your GHK-Cu serum in the morning and retinol in the evening. This avoids any potential interaction and lets each active work optimally. If you experience sensitivity, alternate nights until your skin adjusts.

How do I initiate a return?

Email our support team at the address listed on our Contact page with your order number. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days. You do not need to return the product.

Discounts & Promotions

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your discount code in the promo code field at checkout. The discount will be applied to your order total before payment. Some landing pages have discount codes auto-applied at checkout.

Can I combine discounts with subscriptions?

Subscription pricing already reflects the deepest available discount. Promo codes can typically be applied to your first subscription order. Contact support if you have questions about stacking a specific promotion with your subscription.

Quality & Testing

Are your products third-party tested?

Yes. Every batch of every product is independently tested by a third-party laboratory for purity, potency, heavy metals, and contaminants. We test for what is on the label and for what should not be there.

Are your products vegan and gluten-free?

Our 10X Mushroom Gummies are vegan (pectin-based, no gelatin), gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and contain no artificial colors or stimulants. Our Collagen Peptides are derived from bovine collagen and are gluten-free but not vegan. Check individual product pages for full allergen and dietary information.

Where are your products made?

All Minds Health products are manufactured in the United States in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities. Our mushroom extracts are sourced from certified organic farms and verified through third-party testing before production.

Do you test on animals?

No. Minds Health does not test on animals. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals at any stage of development or production. We are committed to cruelty-free practices.
